The 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, also known as UEFA Men’s Euro 2025, is set to be a landmark event in the history of European football. This event, which will be hosted by Slovakia from June 11 to June 28, 2025, is the 25th iteration of the biennial competition, which brings together the best young players in the continent to vie for championships.

The tournament: A guide

Slovakia, a country located in the Center of Europe will be hosting the tournament. Moreover, Slovakia also hosted back in 2000.The UEFA Executive company decided to make this decision to let Slovakia host the tournament in the year 2023. The games will be competed in eight cities namely: Bratislava, Trnava, Dunajská Streda, Košice, Žilina, Trenčín, Nitra, and Prešov ensuring an amazing area for the team members to play with highest spirits!

The teams

In the last tournament, sixteen teams will be taking part in the tournament. Since Slovakia is already in the finals, the other fifteen teams had to compete with fifty two other teams! Furthermore, young players even aged 22 are allowed to participate, thus empowering youth to play as well.

The tournament will be takin place from 24 March 2023 to 19 November 2024. Every team who have qualified their place in the final round such as Germany, England, Portugal, and France. The stage was also lighted up with different performances as well!

Matches will take place in 8 whole cities! Every cities have a different cultural experience. The the sixteen teams are divided into groups with each group containing four members and this will determine what teams are qualified for the knockout round.
