FAQs
1 How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days across Zones A–D. Non-pyro Saver orders take 3–5 working days.
2 Can I receive my order quicker?
Yes, on certain products we have express delivery available. If you require urgent assistance, please contact us on 07931714846 and we'll do our best to help.
3 How do delivery zones work?
Your delivery cost is worked out from your postcode (Zone A–D) and order value — the further the zone, the higher the base rate, but every zone gets cheaper (or free) the more you spend. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Arran, Orkney, Shetland, the Outer Hebrides, or the more remote Scottish islands (Skye & Lochalsh, the Small Isles, Mull & Iona, and other Inner Hebridean islands).
4 Can I add items to an existing order?
Yes! On checkout, select "Store Collection Bradford". If we're unable to merge orders, we'll be in touch to discuss alternatives.
5 Is delivery chargeable?
Orders over £290 qualify for free delivery in Zones A, B and C. Zone D (our most remote mainland zone) gets free delivery on orders over £600. Non-pyro Saver orders get free delivery over £290 too.
